Pearse is my father I know he had siblings. He had a brother named Padraig(Paddy),Donal and another. He had sisters Maura(maureen I think), and Elizabeth. His father’s name was Michael and mother was Mary (I think) In 1980 or there about his Mother still lived on Lancaster Quay in Cork. I remember the house as it had a store there and my sister and I would be allowed to eat sweets from grandma when my parents weren’t watching

1920 Death Certificate shows father’s name Patrick Donahue and mother’s name Katie Connell. Three known brothers: Michael J, Patrick, and Timothy. All were in Tuckahoe, NY and Norwich, CT in early 1860’s.

I am researching my partners ancestors. All the information I have is that his father name was Bernard (known as Steve) Donohue, his Mothers name is Marian (nee Parr) Father born in Isle of White in 1922 died in 1991. His grandparents came ver from Co Cork in about 1921.

Catherine Donohue (503)

Born in Killinkere, Co. Cavan around 1805. Wife of Thomas. Two sons, Hugh and Patrick. Migrated to NYC with sons 1855-1860. Moved on to San Francisco with son, Hugh 1861-1863. Died in SF in 1882.

Daughter of Thomas Donohoe and Mary Bourke / Burke. Baptised 6th October 1842 Kilcornan, Limerick. Godparents Henry and Bridget Sweeney.
