Helen was baptised on 15 July 1831 in Kildimo. She is the first child that is found recorded to Thomas O’Donoghue and Maria Bourke. What became of her? I have been unable to find any further records.

I am researching the origins of the O’Donohues of north Clare. I was born there and can trace back to my great great grandfather in c. 1860. The areas/townlands involved are Lisdoonvarna, Ballyconnoe, Ballydonohue, Kilmoon and Killeany.
