Dunphy Combustion design and manufacture low emission, high performance burners suitable for all makes and types of boilers and furnaces. We specialise in manufacturing stainless steel units for burning sewerage gas and light oil as well as our standard range for burning gas, biogas and dual fuels. We offer a wide range of burners suitable for outputs from 12kW to 50MW. Our burners are designed to comply with the most stringent international environmental emissions regulations and we have particular expertise in low NOx combustion technology. Burner motors are encapsulated within the housing ensuring that the design is inherently quiet – eliminating the need for expensive acoustic screens. We manufacture and market digital burner controls (Ratiotronic 3000),variable speed kits/inverters and standard and enhanced gas boosters. Our CPD and technical training tutorials and programmes are acknowledged as leaders int he combustion field and can be delivered either in our purpose built R & D Centre in Rochdale or on client’s preferred sites.
