uzanne is responsible for the NorthAmerica client businesses of
Goldman Sachs Asset Management.
Prior to this role, Suzanne was co-head ofGSAM Europe from 2001 to 2006 and was responsible for leading the distribution
activities for GSAM in the United Kingdom,Continental Europe, the Middle East andAfrica. Suzanne has been with Goldman Sachs since 1992 working in various roles in
the firm’s Investment Banking, Asset Management and Private Wealth Management businesses. She became a managing director and partner in 2000.

Suzanne is a member of the Global
Operating Committee for the Investment Management Division and serves in a board capacity for various Goldman Sachs entities. She is also a member of the firmwide Compensation Policy and Partnership Committees.

Suzanne earned a BA from Georgetown University and an MBA from the WhartonSchool at the University of Pennsylvania.
